A live, interactive 9-week group coaching experience that helps you uncover, break & remake your ADHD into something you can not just work with, but make the most of. 

Experience a mix of group coaching, learning about the brain, group breakouts, team exercises, accountability check-ins & more.

Together as a group you'll help break your negative narratives and re-build a more confident you.

Weeks 1-3:
Ditch The Deficits

Connect with the group, explore ADHD executive functions and challenge the negative narrative that so often holds us back.

Weeks 4-6:
Build Brilliance

Discover your unique strengths and explore how your interests and skillsets can help drive you towards achieving your goals.

Weeks 7-9:
Maintain Momentum

Continue to explore your own unique solutions and discover what sustainable progress can look like  beyond our time together.

💡Logistics: all you need to know

  • Cohort 1 dates are every Tuesday from 1st October to  26th November inclusive, at 6.30pm-8.00pm UK time 
  • Specifically, the dates are: 1st October 2024, 8th October, 15th October, 22nd October, 29th October, 5th November, 12th November, 19th November & 26th November.
  • Sessions are 90 minutes long with a small group size, limited to just 6-8 people for a nice, intimate group
  • Price: Payment in full with a one-off price of just £750 or instalments: 2 x monthly payments of £400
  • If you can't make these timings then don't worry, dates for future cohorts are being finalised and will be shared soon. Show your interest by applying below as normal and you'll be put in the priority queue for early release.

I grew up thinking & behaving differently to others. This was a constant mystery until later-life diagnosis of both dyspraxia & ADHD changed my life.

I had lived my life in survival mode, navigating burnout & self-doubt despite always knowing that I had potential to give. Getting coaching changed this for me, which in turn led me to retrain as a coach myself. I now coach later-diagnosed people who want to make a  positive change in their lives.
