📚 Useful Neurodiversity Books
Neurodiversity includes everyone, not just those of us who identify as neurodivergent. There is an increasingly wide range of literature around neurodiversity, with something for everyone, whatever your perspective.
My carefully selected collection is a non-exhaustive list of neurodiversity books featuring works by and about neurodivergent individuals, including several I've not yet had the chance to read myself but are on my list and have been recommended by others (thank you!). Whether you're newly exploring neurodiversity or seeking to deepen the connection around what it means for you, I hope there's something here for you.
Listed in alphabetical title order (so I can't be accused of favouritism!), do let me know if I've missed any good ones as this is by no means an exhaustive list.
